Prohibited items
ChainBay is built for legitimate physical and digital commerce. Sellers are responsible for listing only items they own, can legally sell, and can safely deliver.
Simple rule
If an item is illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, misleading, or not allowed by shipping carriers or payment partners, it should not be listed on ChainBay.
Illegal or stolen goods
- • Stolen property or items you do not have the right to sell
- • Items that violate local, state, federal, or international law
- • Products used to bypass laws, identity checks, or marketplace safety rules
Weapons and dangerous items
- • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, silencers, or firearm parts
- • Knives or weapons restricted by law
- • Dangerous chemicals, toxins, poisons, or hazardous materials
Drugs and regulated substances
- • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
- • Prescription medication or restricted medical products
- • Nicotine, tobacco, THC, cannabis, or similar regulated products
Counterfeit or infringing goods
- • Counterfeit brand-name products
- • Pirated software, media, keys, or unauthorized digital downloads
- • Items that violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Adult, hateful, or exploitative content
- • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative material
- • Hate, extremist, or terrorist content or merchandise
- • Items that harass, threaten, or promote harm toward others
Fraud, scams, and unsafe services
- • Fake documents, fake IDs, stolen accounts, or account access
- • Financial scams, phishing tools, malware, spyware, or hacking services
- • Mystery boxes, misleading listings, or items that cannot be clearly delivered
ChainBay may remove listings
ChainBay may remove listings, restrict accounts, cancel orders, or review disputes when a listing appears to violate marketplace rules, safety expectations, or applicable law.
